[Sora's... not sure what to think of this, at first. Except for a few stray messages, he and Dante have basically been ignoring each other since the ReConvention. Or even since before that, with what happened at the ghost hunt...

He shouldn't think about that. It'll just make him mad again.

It's been months, anyway. It's not that he thinks Dante's changed, really, but shouldn't he let go of something like that? It's kind of trivial in the grand scheme of things, what happened last spring. Logically, in his head, he knows that not everyone is going to get along, but for some reason... He really hates that Dante in particular hates him. He doesn't like how this has turned out.

[ How to hang out with people... Minato doesn't know, never really being the one to extend invitations to hang out with people unless it's become something of a routine, and while Sora is family, he's just as much a stranger to Minato as almost everyone else in the city. Even his own sister, who he's barely spoken to in person as well.

To start, he thinks somewhere comfortable would be good. For Minato, it's his own bedroom that he's always liked best, so flipping that thought around, he asks Sora if he can come over to Sora's place someday, maybe when his mom is out late and the two of them can... play something, or cook dinner, or... something. See the cats or something. Doesn't really matter what, he thinks. He'll let Sora decide once they meet up.

Whenever in the month that's a good day and time for Sora, Minato is there; he rings the doorbell once, immediately pockets his hands, and waits. ]

[He's a little surprised that Minato wants to hang out with him. They barely knew each other, having only met maybe once. That time on the network, Minato had seemed... not cold, exactly, but direct. Straight to the point. He reminded Sora a little bit of Shiori, but just a little.

But, it might be nice to get to know him.

He opens the door when his cousin arrives, grinning, and holding his excited dog Buck by the collar to prevent him from bombarding the guy.]

[ It's been a really slow week, the days dragging along no matter how much of it Minato stays in bed, hidden under the covers where he can't see the sun rise and fall, rise and fall. But there are promises that he'd made, both for himself and for others, so it's late afternoon when Minato drags himself out of bed.

It's even later in the afternoon, sun on the cusp of setting, when he's standing there on the street corner, waiting for the light to change so he can go home and not leave for another week, eyes cast down, edges tinged red when he lifts them every handful of seconds to check the crosswalk light for his turn to cross. The tips of his shoes teetering over the edge already, as if impatient.

As if thinking, "What if I just walk?" ]

[Despite it only being Monday, Sora's already tired. School seemed to drag on forever, and while he'd avoided falling asleep in class, he could still feel his eyes drooping as the day went on. The final bell had been an absolute godsend.

He's walking home from school, dreaming of his bed, when he sees Minato. The man seems to be in a similar state to himself, a drowsy state that left little room for noticing what was going on around them. Actually, his cousin looks like he's about to jaywalk through the red light.

Sora rubs at his eyes and moves to greet him before he gets hit by a bike or something.]
